And I had a brief window of time towards the end of my trip to visit one of my old haunts in the city looking for pieces for clients: Tricia's Treasures (photo below):
It is one of the best spots in the South to score something interesting.
Mainly because of their staggering array of periods and styles and their mix of both old and newly refurbished pieces. MIND BOGGLING.
I wish I'd had all day and an eighteen-wheeler.
But here are five things I spotted and loved (the rest of the things I saw and loved might or might not have made it back to Charleston with me—wink, wink):

—A stack of vintage linens:
—A glam, gilded Regency tassel stool:
—A faux-Zebrawood cube (can you say awesome coffee/cocktail table?!):
—A pretty wall shelf perfect for holding accoutrement in a bathroom:
